  : The staff was great and did the best with what they had to work with. The guy who rode around the parking lot in the cart was very helpful to us and friendly. He helped my husband find his lost phone. The laundry facilities was a plus!
  : We pre-booked for a weeks stay and when we got there, we were given a room on the third floor, which was not a problem until we found out that the elevator was out of order. We had to switch rooms a couple times due to issues. One room had beds that were literally flat and uneven with a dirty lampshade and what looked like bug den in one corner of the ceiling. The entire stay I woke up with an allergic reaction and a swelling face. We had to kill a large spider, and two of the largest bugs Ive ever seen, plus we found one house roach. When we entered our room, the first thing we saw was multiple flies on the beds due to animal feces being all around the grounds. My husband had to buy a flyswatter to get rid of the flies. My daughter stepped in a pile of feces and had to throw away her shoes because of it. Some of the towels were stained and worn to the point that the threads were separating. We had to buy our own towels and bedding. This hotel spoiled our entire trip despite all the fun we were having elsewhere and our children couldnt wait to go home because of the room. We all dreaded going back to the room at the end of the day. And we got home, we had to leave our luggage outside and check it for bugs before we brought it into the house. I would have left and gone to a different establishment, but I believe I read in the booking agreement that I couldnt get a refund after the first night.

  : the parking the rooms are not as the pictures is old Stan towels n the bathroom as no sink the kitchenette is not a kitchenette. Its more like a small tiny little refrigerator that regular rooms get the microwave in my second room didnt work doesnt work. They had to bring me one my second room that I switch to because the first room I had to move out because there was a fire in between floors second room Im in is roach infested would never tell anyone to stay here. Im here because of a situation that Im in other than that I wouldnt recommend this place to no one.

  : I heard No smoke alarms!!! Hotel caught on FIRE, no alarms went off. The staff Beat on my door to wake me up. I work nights And the fire was during the day. Smoke was pouring Out of my room. If this happened during the night people could have been hurt or worse!
