  : The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is in a better area of Cortez, the staff was friendly, and while the outside may seem rundown it was one of the nicer interior hotel rooms. I did appreciate that while the hotel was 4-20 friendly they made it so the rooms were not overpowered with the smell. I will continue to come back to this location during my trips and recommend to everyone if I see the next visit that the air conditioning was fixed.
  : The biggest issue was the A/C wasn't working great. We got a room mainly to take a break in the daytime heat and but, instead, we just baked inside our room. Also, the hotel lobby smelled so strongly of marijuana it was overwhelming (we know the hotel was 4-20 friendly, but there's a point where they might try to air it out a little bit).
