No special conditions apply for groups.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for US$20 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property can only accept bookings from essential workers/permitted travellers, during dates where such guidelines exist. Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn't provided, your booking will be cancelled on arrival.
Please note that there is an additional fee for access to the water park at the property.

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:
Deposit of first nights stay due upon booking. Resort fee of 8 percent of nightly room rate. The resort fee includes pool access, fitness centre access, shuttle service, ski storage, concierge/valet service, and parking.
