  : Spacious room and location.
  : Warning! This hotel is under renovation! Only first floor rooms were available when we stayed in July...did not like as safety is a factor for me and my son. My reservation showed Breakfast Included but "breakfast" was a paper bag with a bagel, yogurt, apple and water, so keep in mind you will still have to go out and pay for something to eat. It shows Pool Closed but there is actually no pool. On Monday when we had to go out to get breakfast, there was a big rig dropping off a delivery of supplies for the renovation. It was parked blocking the entrance so we could not get out. Luckily, they were at the end of unloading, so we only waited 10min. After eating breakfast, we returned to find another truck blocking the entryway again and this one was fully loaded. Now we had to find parking in a neighborhood and walk back to the hotel (while my son wasn't feeling well). When it was time to check out at 12pm, the truck was still there and now we had to walk back to the car with all of our luggage. It would have been very stressful if someone had a flight to catch! It seems this happens on weekdays and the front desk said renovations should be completed in August.

  : Was not informed of hotel in the middle of renovations when booking. The staff insisted that it was listed on booking but it’s not then proceeded to tell me that he had been dealing with the issue of weeks indicating he in fact new it wasn’t listed on booking because I was not the only guest to complain. Decided to stay because it was for a weekend and the construction workers weren’t working but when I got up to my room the shower did not work nor the hot water from the sink. When I went to ask if we could just get a refund and check out the staff member told me the water should be on in the next 30 minutes and he a manager wouldn’t be available til the following day to address my concerns and that since they’ve been having this issue for a while he’ll put notes on my account and the manger would discount me. The water didn’t end up getting hot til the following morning and when I checked out was told my discount wouldnt be guaranteed and a manager was still “unavailable” but will email me. I will be calling and following up with a manger.

  : Location was convenient and this was a late reservation after a long drive and the front desk workers were very friendly and helpful.
  : There was a bad smell in the room, body wash was empty, went for breakfast at 8:30 and pancakes were out of order and cinnamon rolls gone.

  : The hot breakfast was not served because of remodeling. There was a cold breakfast of old hard boiled eggs, yoghurt, a bagel and cream cheese and a granola bar. There was also juice.
  : They could have been honest from the start and just let us know that the hotel was under renovations. We would have stayed somewhere else up the stree that offered the same.
