  : The location and the cleanliness.
  : The check in process is unacceptable ! The owner asked for a credit card copy, fill and sign other forms and moreover write down an attestation that we are effectively staying at the property.This is not acceptable! I paid the stay 60 days before arriving and bookings took 1000 from my credit card a week before arriving as a damage deposit that I will get refund 2-3 weeks after my stay. Once again this type of practices is totally unacceptable and the owner should rely on bookings rservation and payments services, I have no reason to give my credit card details to a person that is not even the property owner my credit card details on a piece of paper along with everyones passport or ID card copy.

  : Beware as this property, they are out to get your 1000 Euro "breakage deposit". This is a well-planned business with VERY clever ways to KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT. They have so many hidden costs that are why they deduct a 1000 Euro from you. At CHECK-OUT time we met the owner/ caretaker lady (Arlette) and the following happened; - We cleaned the whole house including the dishes and left the house in exceptional condition and the lady complimented us and thanked us for cleaning the house so neatly. - We were told to leave the food (that we gave to the lady Arlette) in the fridge and she thanked us for the food. Thus we were instructed NOT to take the food with us. - We asked if we should clean the barbecue but the lady (Arlette) told us not to so, as she will clean it. Thus we were instructed NOT to clean the barbecue. - We asked if we can take the one small trash bag with us in the taxi but the lady (Arlette) instructed us not to take it as she has to take other stuff in any case. Thus we were instructed NOT to take the small garbage bag with us. - No one mentioned anything about bedding and linen. There was linen supplied on the bed. How can you supply linen in a house but the guests are not allowed to use the linen? We received the following penalties; - 180 Euro for not washing the dishes - 100 Euro for not cleaning the barbecue - 118 Euro for using the linen that was supplied to us and that was on the bed? - 150 Euro for Early Check-in (we tried phoning the property on arrival about 30 times without success). Total penalties 548 Euro Beware of this property as they only refund you after a very long time. DON'T write a review until you get back your deposit.

  : This is the second year of staying at the Greystone and we find everything about the chalet as absolutely sensationnal. Friendly staff. Im in love with the fireplace. So Nice. The Rooms are well appointed. The property is ideally located. Nearby shops and restaurAnts are very convenient.

  : The service from this property is awful. They take an enormous deposit and then the lady who checks you in lies about the times so they can steal 300EUR from your deposit! They pretend that all is ok and then 2 weeks after your stay they only return part of your deposit.You cannot contact them directly as their UK phone number doesnt ring through... absolutely disgraceful.

  : Chalet is well laid out and nicely furnished.
  : Communication poor over Covid options and did not answer questions except by standardised answers which was unhelpful. Instructions needed to property which is very difficult to find, Bedding and linen which is tired is 59 euros pp! Read the small print. Check in and check out is a very small window and extra charges 150 euros apply if you arrive or leave outside these check in times. Be warned. Car parking only permitted outside premises as the front gate was locked when we should have been able to park in the drive. Close to lift but down a steep snow covered track. Host did not speak any English which was unhelpful. Ant infestation in kitchen not addressed. No kindling left for fire and supermarket 30 mins away. Light not working in master bedroom not fixed. Wardrobe door fixing broken not fixed. Wardrobe doors do not close properly not fixed. Curtains old and do not fit need replacing. Doors warped and generally do not fit. Deposit of 1000 euros taken and eventually refunded after 14 days!

  : Fantastic well-located property and reasonably priced. Good sized and well-appointed rooms with balcony overlooking the mountain. Gardens areas well designed with plenty of beds throughout the day. Friendly staff. Proper gym facilities.
  : WiFi was a bit patchy - not a problem for us, Not the chalet's fault though.
