  : breakfast was ok staff always frustrated and just running up and down when you order egg always receive wrong order and cold egg
  : my trainer gave my jacket and hat to the receptionist and called me telling me that but because I was tired the next day asked and never found it which is weird to get robbed by the people you should trust. Isn't email so as my trainer but without any answer

  : The hotel is good overall. Room is good size and has decent cleaning standards. I think the furniture could be a bit smarter, but is not necessarily bad. Bathroom is good and well maintained. Bed is good. The aquamotion facilities are a very nice addition, but since it is very far away from the rooms, not the place we went the most (once in the week to visit and that was it. I am sure other people make better use of it)- would be good to have a gym or a pool within the premises of the hotel, one lift away rather than a long walk.
  : Restaurant was not a good experience for us. We had reserved dinner for the full week since we had our kids with us and going to the village wasn't as convenient, but after the first night we cancelled all reservations and had all of our food at the village. It was not good at all, pretty dishes but tasteless. Breakfast was not bad, but also nothing to write home about. The option to eat in the bar on the ground floor during the day was also a bit of a lie, since they were always closed when we actually wanted to eat something (ie: 5pm when coming back from skiing). Location of the hotel is nice to get to, but is between villages, so you will probably get your car most of the time if you want to have something to eat.

  : Nice location specially for the water park. Super accessible and the ski out ski in also a plus even though is not very easy.
  : Besides the concierge which was excellent and amazing like Ryan he was on point on everything! He made our vacation with all the suggestions and help booking restaurants, transfers and activities. Thank you Ryan!!you should run this hotel and then it will be great. Every other staff member ignores your needs and they tell you they will do things but they dont do anything. They say they gonna call you back never happened they tell you they will send to the room extra towel never got it and that just kept happening for our entire stay in many ways.
