  : -Basically everything else-Hotel staff was terrible. Slow and left the front desk unattended for 20mins at a time. Getting extra towels was like pulling teeth. The white German front desk gym was the worst of them all. -the fridge was old and took forever to get cold (two days) -one communal microwave from the 80s in the lobby, no microwaves in room, super inconvenient. -I called 4 weeks before I stayed they told me the hot tub worked, BROKEN HOT TUB. -old gross fruit loops (cereal) behind the bed. -Ac from the 80s that made a loud pitched noise every time it kicked on or off and worked terrible. -coffee maker in room was full of gross old water -over 150 a night for a best western plus and its old, outdated, and so mediocre. -do your self a favor and stay at the holiday in next to it.
