  : Double bed very uncomfortable needs replacing. No decent mirror by sinkExterior doors sticking and locks missing.

  : Fabulous view of the Solent and good location for walks.
  : The mattress was rather soft on the double bed. The hot water pressure in the kitchen was poor and the flat needed a refresh decoration wise. The fridge really needs replacing.

  : The space in the apartment was great, location was amazing, great sea views. It was a warm October week and it was very cosy.

  : Great location overlooking sea and easy walk into Yarmouth
  : Property in need of care and attention. Velux blinds need repairing/replacing and should be black out in bedrooms. Mattress in main bedroom needs replacing. Two mattresses on top of each other? Sofas worn. Hot tap only a dribble in kitchen. Basic equipment expected eg chopping board. Fridge without shelving and a redundant fridge left in property. Recent reviews seemed good but had seen some older reviews similar to what we experienced even though the response to these suggested work had rectified. Would be a lovely property with a bit of love.
