  : Multiple bad staff interactions. Room wasn’t cleaned properly and cleaning manager was very defensive even though there were very obvious deficiencies. She thought saying ‘well I’ve told my staff not to do that’ made everything better…. She then tried to gaslight me saying a spill on the desk that hadn’t been cleaned was a ‘deep stain’ then wiped it once and almost all of it was gone… she then claimed the ‘deep stain’ was still there though light no longer reflected off of the sticky surface and it couldn’t be seen anymore. Absolutely ridiculous! The hallway was gross on check in with used room service trays outside most doors and a used glass outside my room door. Surely someone should collect all of those before check in times begin so the new guests have a better experience. When I went out and came back a few hours later they were still lining the hall and I think were finally removed in the morning. I tried to use one of the two peloton cycles in the gym. When I went to the front desk to tell them they weren’t connected to the internet and ask for help they basically just said ‘that’s a thing’ and wouldn’t even try to fix the connection issue. Why have these bikes if you don’t set up the infrastructure for them to work? The whole point of having pelotons in the hotel is that people can login and continue their normal at home activities while away from home… The whole stay was a huge disappointment and I definitely won’t be back!
