  : The Parrot World next door was great
  : We left my sons expensive hoodie to the room by accident, also my other sons far less expensive hoodie was left behind. We asked the staff about it, and they said they found them. So I was glad to pay 16 euros for the delivery. So they delivered the hoodies, accept only the less expensive hoodie arrived. :/ I was quite mad about it, and tried to get also the expensive brand hoodie back, but the staff of this hotel refused to co-operate any longer. I think our mistake was not to leave the things behind but to stay there in the first place. Overpriced food in the restaurant, very unpleasant staff, and the pool was dirty. Never again! Dont recommend to anyone!

  : The suite was large with a beautiful view. Room was clean and had a decent shower, fridge and microwave. Bed was very comfortable.
  : On arrival there were 4 members of staff on the front desk and I was ignored for a good 10 minutes. Nobody even made eye contact to apologise for the wait. Just 2 members of staff serving the ONE customer in front of me and the others faffing about. Once I did finally get served there was no apology, not even an acknowledgement that I'd been kept waiting. Given the location, the probability is that people will have driven a long way before arrival, I would please ask your staff to take that into consideration ESPECIALLY for those travelling with children, which is common because of the proximity to Disneyland. The whole set up of the place was very much geared towards the golf and it seems other guests are a lower priority. The restaurant hours are 7-9pm in the evening with a very limited menu for kids. Again, this place is close to Disneyland, if you're planning an early night to enjoy the parks the next day, a 2-3 course meal starting at 7pm is not what you want. So we didn't get to enjoy the restaurant at night time. Breakfast wasn't amazing. I'd expected more to be honest. And the coffee was not good at all. Breakfast is one of my holiday highlights and a major factor when choosing hotels. I can honestly say I felt let down by this one.And finally, the room was so cold at night I couldn't sleep. The tiled flooring doesn't really hold the heat in so I would suggest thicker blankets and maybe get the heaters going before guests arrive. The air con did not heat the room. There was a plug in radiator in one cupboard but that's nowhere near enough to warm such a large suite.

  : The only nice part of this property was the bed and the external viewing.
  : Honestly I was expecting more quality from this structure.It was looking like abandoned, everything was so old and the tap of the main sink and the tap of the bath, were both broke.The Wi-Fi wasnt working at all aand the mobile line the same.There wasnt any hand wash and the toilet paper was already used.There was cutlery and some cup, but no any sponge or liquid to clean up.The food was expensive, even if it didnt worth.Basically, I wouldnt choose them if I knew all this before,

  : were arrived after the reception was closed and check-in was very easy. access to room was great and for a family of five the large room/suite we had was perfect. furnishings all new, very stylish and pleasant. great amusement to hear all the birds in the nearby parrot world.
  : 4 out of 5 of us stubbed our toes on an ill placed door stop in the very generous bathroom. this clearly a lack of attention to detail and full comfort. only one bathroom/wc for a suite for six people too. we arrived at 20:05 just after reception was shut and the pool was shut too- covered over. we booked the place for use of the pool so not to be able to use it in the evening as we had been able to do at our previous night's accommodation was a let down on a warm evening. site is away from a village so nothing to walk to in the evening.
