  : It smells horrible as soon as you walk in. It stinks throughout the entire hotel. The housekeeper was rude. My ceiling started leaking when it rained. Refrigerator in room didnt work.

  : Bed was comfortable and clean.
  : The kitchen staff burned breakfast setting of the fire alarm.Staff was so unprepared for the fire alarm going off that they weren't trained to shut it off. A random guest who works for AT&T walked behind the counter in the lobby to the fire alarm station and silenced the alarm. The parking lot was at capacity, so to have an untrained staff in emergency situations in this day and age is not only unacceptable but in the case of an actual fire, it's negligence for the safety and concern of people that pay good money to leave their concerns at home and pay to be catered to. The hospitality promise warranted a decrease in payment as a they were the cause of the incident, the incident made an unpleasant environment to enjoy a breakfast in, and a guest had to turn off an obnoxious blaring sound designed to be unpleasant so people will wake and exit a building. The building has no actual supervisor and the front desk clerk told me it didn't quite warrant a refund of some kind but I think staffing a building with incompetent people when it comes to life and death is full refund. It's not about an alarm going off or the smell, so those things are unpleasant and going to happen but when you put my life in harms way because you don't put properly trained people in place when there is an actual fire. People would have died if it was an actual fire relying on those over paid and under trained children.

  : Everything was great, just wished it would have been pet friendly. My daughter had to leave her puppy with someone for 2 nights.
