  : The hotel is well located in the centre of town, but there is no directly associated car parking. The twin room with ensuite shower was plenty large enough and comfortable enough, and the breakfast was good, being of wide choice, well cooked and well presented.
  : On checking in for our stay we were initally told that we had been given a different room to that which was booked - a double with single guest rather than a twin with two guests - even though our specific requirements had been clarified and confimred in written messages post booking with the same member of staff, who was arguing that my booking was not correct!. After a while (and me showing her the booking confirmation on my phone with her comments) she conceded and we were assigned the room type we booked. This was both disappointing and should have been completely avoidable. There was no replenishment of any room consumables (beverages / toiletries etc.) during our 3 night stay or emptying of bins / cleaning.

  : The Breakfast was of a good quality and well presented. The bedroom was of a good standard. The staff were welcoming and pleasant
  : The only problem was trying to find suitable parking.

  : The entrance to the hotel room was in need of refreshing the carpet up the stairs was a bit grubby looking.

  : The position of the Hotel as it is in the Town Centre.
  : The fact that the website isn't clear there is no parking. I am registered as disabled so found this a bit of a problem. .
