  : The rooms were dirty, even after telling them, they just didn't bother to clean it. We started to clean the room ourselfs and then I thought, why the hell am I doing this for them, so i took the pictures a bit to late, it was even dirtier. We killed around 5 bugs and 8 (yes, eight) spiders, 2 of them big as hell. We asked for another room, we got it, but it was the same story, dirty, stinky and awful. The manager told us he couldn't do anything there after we told him why didn't they clean the mattresses, which didn't make any sense. We wanted the money back, they didn't want to do that, they told us it was the mistake from Booking.com site and they can't do anything about it which is absurd, but anyways. If you wanted clean towels or bed sheets, they just put it outside on a stone so you take it yourself, no kidding People touching them and sniffing, then putting them back, good think I brought my own towels... The view was terrible and there was trash outside the window. It was like I was staying in my own grave. The rooms were way too small. The food was cheap and bad as the drinks. A loot of kids running around and screaming in the restaurant so forget about the peace while eating. The pool was dirty and too warm. All in all, awful experience, not worth the stress and money. They got 2 only bcs the beaches were nice.
