  : This was our second stay at the hotel. Beautiful, small, peaceful hotel with a really good location, it is literally across the street from the public sand beach and next to the main promenade but it doesn't get too loud unless you come in the peak of the summer season but even so, it does not take any of the beauty of this hotel. Rooms are clean, spacious with amazing sea view if you choose one. Food is good as well.
  : The only thing we disliked is behaviour of some staff members which I believe are seasonal workers in a sense that they are not permanent staff memebers of the hotel. First morning of our stay, we came late to breakfast because we just arrived, and one of them called us ,,sleepy heads" rudly asking us why we didn't get up earlier. During our stay they inappropriately commented other guests, rolled their eyes when they were being called or when they would see some guests entering the restaurant. Last night we waited 40 minutes for the dessert, they forgot to bring it because they were taking and making jokes standing in a group at the entrance door of the restaurant. Do not get me wrong, they are really helpful and friendly but in this situations being too friendly just ends up being unprofessional.

  : Great pool, deck area. Room had a nice view to the sea.Magdalena was an excellent server, and a pleasure to talk to at breakfast and dinner. She represented the hotel very well.

  : The Hotel location is perfect (near the sea, near the city center). The cleaning service was better than a year before. The breakfast was delicious despite the changes in comparison with last year.
  : 1. Air conditioning directly above the bed - last year, we probably did not use AC so much. This year, we used AC but during the night it was not very comfortable, as the cold air blew directly on us. So every night, unfortunately, I woke up to turn off the AC and open the balcony door. 2. Management around the pool - For the first two days of our stay, we had to use our private umbrella to have some shade (lucky to have one in the car). Around the pool were many sunbeds with towels thrown over them and several umbrellas, where no one showed up for hours. When I went to ask the reception if they had more umbrellas, the receptionist just told me: Sorry, we don't have any. I missed some action from the Hotel wanting to solve this situation as we were not the only clients with the same problem. After 2 days, some guests left, so the situation was much better.

  : They rip you off there. Accommodation totally overpriced. Water damage to the air conditioning, ran through the electrical sub-distribution-> no room change, no discount on the room price offered. Attempted trickery with price for extra-night stay. A little snobbish.
