  : We always stay here when traveling to Crosby. Clean, close to everything we need and people are fantastic. Highly recommend!

  : the exterior is clean, i love the refrigere
  : needs more light pn the rooms, the tube needs to be refinish, looks like dirty, it dosent have flat airon, the front desk person is like judge you by the view, the TV is not a smart tv to play youtube

  : It was very clean and looks to be recently renovated. Very spacious rooms and clean and updated bathrooms.
  : The location seemed a little off putting and there was no shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom

  : The location felt safe
  : It took forever to get checked in. The room door didn't work properly, the room had not been cleaned, the shower looked like someone came to their demise in it, the toliet paper holder was broken, we had 1/2 a roll of toliet paper to share, no one changed the trash. Seeing someones bloody pads is a huge no for me, there were not enough towels for 2 people. When I asked for towels someone brought them and he looked like he just came from an all night rendezvous. There were no dishes, the microwave nor TV worked. We were there for a funeral. We figured the rest of the hotel looked the same so we chose to stay in the room given, but never again.
