: The building and rooms are full of character. It is a 10 min walk down to the village but only goats would climb back up the road is so steep.
: Doesn't open til 5.30pm - this should be advertised. The host lets you in then leaves to do her proper job. A bar was advertised but not available - there was no-one there. We saw no signs of a sauna and certainly no communal kitchen (both advertised) - presumably these are only for long term guests. Free toiletries were advertised but there was no soap in shower - when I asked I was told to use the soap in the sink - that was the extent of the "toiletries". A Kettle was provided but no coffee and tea - when I asked I was given Detox teabags. It was a bit like being a child and staying with a maiden aunt - we were given the impression that she was doing us a favour by letting us stay there and she really didn't want guests who only stay one night. Host was generally diffident and unhelpful and charging hotel prices for a basic B & B.
