  : This is a cute little hotel in the heart of Aix en Provence. The room was specious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was satisfying. We were travelling as a family and enjoyed both the hotel and the little town Cucuron very much.

  : The location is the best that you can get in Cucuron. Room #6 has a small balcony overlooking the pond/bassin, which is the main attraction of Cucuron. The hotel is a bit dated, but the staff are very friendly and the location is the best.

  : everything is cheap besides the actual price for the night. dated and dirty, so a little cleaning won't hurt. if you mention "heating" among your facilities, you'd better keep your AC unlocked, otherwise it's misleading. it was cold and there is no way to warm up the room because the remote from air conditioning is locked on cooling regime. well done! stairway is slippery and thus dangerous - I slipped and fell from it when was going down and hit my back hard, luckily I didn't carry my baby at that moment. no elevator makes it even worse. kitchen is closed during night, so there's no way to warm up baby's milk (or your tea). request for a baby crib was left unanswered (ignored), when we arrived and asked again we got just "no" as a reply - well, I know that cribs are subject to availability but if you don't have it at the moment you can at least warn your guests in advance "sorry, all cribs are occupied by other guests, so we can't provide it tonight" - that would be just fine. instead of ignoring requests because finding it is too much of a hassle. the real rating would be 5/10, not more.
