  : The lady was pretty rude at the reception and I had ordered a king bed room and got a two queen bedroom. Normally wouldn’t be a problem but I had rented this room to set up a a couples night for me and my husband

  : We arrived, the door keys wouldn't work, there was a bunch of people outside with a big fire, the rooms were nasty, the bathrooms were dirty and the room smelled. The hotel was nothing like the pictures on booking. We left and never stayed

  : We enjoyed swimming. That's the only positive other than it was cool in the room.
  : Rude staff, other customers starting trouble as soon as we checkedin. The adjoining room I booked, they gave to someone else. We were followed to the ice machine. We were trying to use the grill that was supposed to be available to feed our family of 10, and there were people standing over us literally the whole time I was cooking, waiting for that peticular grill. There was a small child that kept running towards the hot grill, and no one would claim her or care if she got burned. The 1st night, my mother in law was afraid of coming out of the room from the party until 2:30 am.

  : I wouldn’t recommend staying here with children, didn’t feel like a welcoming environment. If you have kids this isn’t the place to go. Over 60 people that didn’t speck English sitting outside letting their very small children in the pool completely undressed. Rude and kept blocking the pool gates so you couldn’t come in and out. There was a incident where one of their cars where getting repoed and they were all screaming and hitting the tow truck drivers truck, took off in the car threw the grass next too the pool and stayed up yelling outside all 60+ of them tell 4am My kids did not feel safe here at all. I give this place no stars

  : Location was fine.
  : The freezer in the refrigerator was frozen with ice build up, Impossible to use. When I first opened it, the tray under it was full of water because it was thawing. I had to buy super glue to re- attach the seal in order for the refrigerator to remain closed on its own, thus the thawing. The wallpaper and overall feel of the room was in need of renovation. Every night there was about 20 or 30, possibly new immigrants. I don't know legal status, but they all reside there, hanging laundry on the pool fence and leaving the ground littered with trash. Kids just standing in the open urinating. I will never book a stay there again. I only regret not taking photos to share. I wasn't sure about possible legalities on that subject.
