  : The place needs to be repainted. The bathroom had a terrible odor. Sheets should be 100% cotton & replaced once they are dingy. Bedspread looked to be reused without being washed. I got what I paid for an inexpensive room.

  : The staff was more than helpful. Very professional.
  : Would have liked to have had more parking available on the property. We had to park on the street and were lucky enough to only have to walk 1/2 block to the facility from the only parking space available on that street. The room door was extremely difficult to open from the inside, (room 202).

  : Big room, friendly staff, a fridge! I am a repeat visitor as it suits my UCLA visiting needs. Great small bar across the road (The Cinema) and Trader's a 15 min walk away. Always happy to return.

  : Easy to park. Since we had a car, finding a hotel that offered parking for free was our priority.The room was decent, the bed was not bad and the washroom is old but works fine.
  : Super, super loud inside the bedroom. You can hear neighbors rooms and the cars in the avenue really loud from insider the room, all night. Room should be more soundproof. A kind of a old smell in the room; bed sheets had a role.The door from our bedroom was almost broken. Needs fixing.It overcharges from what it offers - but sadly LA is an expensive area and since we needed a hotel w parking, there were not many options available.
