  : It was a truly wonderful experience, to walk from orasso to bognago, being welcomed by these nice people in their peaceful place with an interesting history . And after a good night rest, walk from there to spoccia next day, a beautiful 3-4 hour walk with lunch in the middle at a small nice bar. And than as a big bonus on the way back, dive in the wild river , being oxygenated , purified by the crystal clear water of the bassins and waterfalls. Wow!

  : Stphane and his family are very welcoming hosts. Specificaly designed for "Nature-Lovers", this secret Mountain retreat is all and more that it promises. As secluded as a Monastery, getting there is the hardest part as everything makes you wish you were staying longer. Authentic to the traditions it was built upon, it holds a strong story which is linked to the inspiring story of the Valley. Multi-cultural and pluri-lingual, the people you will find there are as special as the hike to get there : it is an amazing meeting point, not very far from Switzerland, the Netherlands, Italy, France, Civilization and Wilderness.
  : The Hike and the Place are as promised for Nature Lovers only. It is both the best and the most complicated part of this place as no motivation and desire will make up for the skills required to hike through a mountain. This is why Stefano and the Locals of Orasso can and will be there to guide you.

  : Hidden in nature, Secret Mountain Retreat Valle Cannobina is a special spot. Expect a 40-50 minute hike through the forest or on stone paths. We even managed to walk it even in flip-flops. Stephanie and his Nepali wife host communal dinners, offering delicious Nepali food. Nights are peaceful for good sleep. Wi-Fi is in Stephanie's office, so having mobile internet helps. The communal vibe lets you meet new people and enjoy nature's calm. We stayed just one night but wished for more time. If you love nature, this is for you. Hiking, communal meals, and serenity make Secret Mountain Retreat Valle Cannobina a great choice.
