  : Decent for the price. Room was Comfortable, staff was accommodating.
  : Had to change rooms because air went out and it took a while to get that expedited. Staff was skimpy but helpful.

  : Location is great. That’s one of the main reasons we chose this property.
  : We had a very negative experience with the staff and the room. When we checked in, our room number was said out loud by the manager who checked us in (with other guests in the room). She was not friendly at all, the first words she said to me were: “did you want to cancel your reservation?” What? We brushed it off, enjoyed the pool, and headed back to the room. In the morning, we woke up to a flooded room, I stepped into a puddle of water when I got out of the bed and walked to the door. All of our things were soaked. Also, the phone in the room didn’t work. My boyfriend had to go to the front desk to let them know about the issue. When the younger guy employee came to investigate. He agreed to let the manager know so she could come inspect the room. She was in a meeting but got to the room around 11:40am. The situation escalated immediately, we were met with suspicion, like we did something wrong or were trying to get over on her. As this argument was going on, she first offered me $10 off the room, I didn’t am say anything to her, then $15. Then, as the argument continued (and less than a minute after she offered me the $15 discount), she told me I was “banned indefinitely from the property”. I am beyond disappointed and honestly shocked and upset about the way we were treated. We were upset, yes, but not unreasonable. I will never return to this property.
