  : Asked for a roll in shower room got a normal room that smelled like smoke and it was a “non” smoking room, tight quarters was not wheelchair friendly. Drug deals going on all night. Very sketchy place to be at.

  : I didn’t like that the key card only worked part of the time and I didn’t like that the safe in the room didn’t work. I also found hairs in one of the beds.

  : Location was great. Rooms were affordable.
  : Service desk rep initially told me that they don’t honor Military discounts which I later found out was a lie. I saw several roaches in my room. Rooms a bit overpriced for the level of quality and cleanliness. Unruly guests hang around and fight outside and offer people drugs. My car was also hit & run in the parking lot.

  : Absolutely nothing.
  : The room they assigned us was in terrible condition. First of all, the smell was unique and exclusive of marijuana and cigarettes. second the carpet was full of garbage... followed by that, I put a bag with some food on one of the nightstands and we didn't even spend five minutes there when it was full of baby cockroaches wanting to eat, not to mention the refrigerator, totally disgusting. I spoke to the person at the front desk and very calmly she told me that this problem had been going on for months. What I don't understand is why even knowing this they continue to give this room to the public? Even worse, how does the hotel chain allow this? I can make a report on the health department of the city since this is where you arrive with babies, children and entire families. It is totally unacceptable. The price is in competition with others of much better quality, it's not like I was staying in a seedy hotel. Completely disappointed with this very bad experience.
