  : I received an email from the Ramada Wyndham Hotel extending an welcome to your hotel on the dates of November the 6-8. I was traveling with friends for a girls weekend. However, once we made it to the airport in Dallas my friend tried to call the hotel and was informed that it was closed permanently., as well a friend traveling from Huston went by the hotel to make sure all was well and it was vacant. Neither person received an email for the hotels inconvenience and inconsideration on their part. which theses rooms were scheduled months in advance. This is unacceptable and excusable .

  : It was fine for the price. Ample parking.
  : I reserved two rooms, one for my husband and me and one for our friends. When I arrived the receptionist told me that I could not pay with a different card. I had reserved The rooms on my business card but I did not intend to have to pay with that card because this was not a business trip. I have traveled a lot throughout my 20 year career and this is the first time Ive ever had somebody tell me that I couldnt pay for a room with a different card. Im not sure if this is actually the rule or if thats just what the receptionist relayed to us but it was a very big inconvenience because I was forced to pay for our friends room as well and I did not have the funds in that account to cover both rooms so we had to do a bunch of transfers and extra documentation because it went on a business card. I could go on and on about how ridiculous this is but it doesnt matter now I can honestly say I will never stay in that hotel again. Ive stayed there multiple times, in fact we were just there last week and then came again this past weekend. very bad customer service from the minute we walked in..

  : Shuttle service available to Love Field airport and hospital district. Housekeeping always knocks before entering.
  : The mold. The allowance of pets. The worn furniture. The stained carpet. The promise of a hot breakfast is false advertisement and an easy fix. Have IT remove it from website. The breakfast bag as a substitute should be called a "snack bag."
