  : A caring, wonderful and happy family run this b&b. They made us feel very welcome. We had the honeymoon suite which was spacious with a lovely large terrace. The room was large and clean. The breakfasts were fabulous. The location was good ...a 10 minute walk to the centre of dalyan.
  : There was only one thing that we did not like. We are massive animal lovers and so are the family that run the b&b. They have two lovely dogs that were well behaved and a joy to have around. There were also cats whom, whilst cute, would not leave you alone at meal times jumping on the table and chairs meaning that we were constantly having to lift them off the table whilst we were eating. At the time we stayed there were other guests who brought their pets and this created a lot of barking etc. As a result we felt we could not sufficiently relax around the pool and spent most days at the beach. Everything else was fabulous. Might be wise to let customers know in advance that they are a pet friendly hotel just so that people can decide whether they want that on their holiday.

  : This is a family run B&B where all the staff we met were both helpful and friendly. The breakfast was superb. Delicious cheese, olives, fresh fruit and coffee. Our room was very comfortable and spacious and the balcony overlooking the swimming pool was excellent.

  : Short walking distance to the centre of the town, probably 5 minutes walk. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was delicious.
  : They have lots and lots of cats, you cant leave the room door open as they run to the bed, not a problem if you dont have allergies.

  : We had the king suite which was very spacious. The people who ran hotel were lovely. The pool area is nice surrounded by beautiful flowers. great location 10 mins walk into town.
  : We had no maid service during our visit (only two nights). I said toiletries were provided which they werent. Fridge in room had glass front therefore gave off too much light in room at night

  : The poor standard of decoration was not anywhere need thr description of a "boutique" Hotel The rooms had been poorly emulsioned, the door had been painted with matt emulsion, including the door handle. There was a gash in the wall that had not been filled in. Some grout had been carelessly left on the shower tiles. There were electrical wires everywhere under the tv, that would not be allowed in the UK, plus there was no access to any English speaking channels, tgat is u unusual The WiFi was very poor indeed mot working mist of the time.

  : It is hard to find anything, The only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast - but that was no better than any other hotel
  : We have been visiting Dalyan for 25 years, and stayed in numerous hotels, we have never come across anything like this! I cannot believe the ratings this hotel had, which is why we booked with them., our room was dirty, furnishings broken, lamps missing, shower hose and head missing, air con so noisy and rattly we couldnt sleep with it on - and a view of broken pallets. The wifi did not work in the room - and only sporadically elsewhere. The pool area was overgrown with mounds of uncleared dog toilet from the large retriever that lived at the hotel, we found unsmoked spliffs in the only cabana we could use due to the terrible smell of the uncleared dog mess, the other small hotel dog barked, growled and snapped at everyone going into the pool and then ran round it barking hysterically whilst they swam. - hardly restful! The room smelt - and on returning early one day we found the hotel staff had locked the hotel dog in our room, which explained the deep gouges already on the door. On other days we watched the staff remove cats from the breakfast area and place them in rooms to keep them out of the way, probably explains why our room initially smelt of tom cat. The cook was lovely, but the two male staff seemed permanently half asleep, and unable to do anything without being asked numerous times. They spent their time laying around the bar but couldn't even make a drink when we asked, when we gave them our key and went out, they left it on the bar top for anyone to pick up - which we did when we got back, but anyone could have entered our room. We checked out in disgust after three nights and moved to a hotel that not only cost less, was in a lovely location on the river, with larger rooms and working air con. As a final insult the BB Hotel have insisted on charging us for the all of the nine nights we booked with breakfast, even though we left after 3. To repeat - I find the many positive reviews of this hotel completely astonishing.

  : Staff very welcoming and helpful throughout, room was nice and big with a huge bed...pool was good and nice sun loungers. Short walk into town... Breakfast was sensational...a proper Turkish banquet
  : Room was maybe a little dated...mini bar fridge had glass front door which lit up the room all night....and through no fault of the host...the roads and paths throughout that area of town were all dug up and awaiting rebuilt...which gave the whole area a feeling you were living on a construction site.

  : A lovely little hotel with great, friendly and accommodating staff. The pool area was lovely. Breakfast was a full Turkish spread each morning with bread, eggs, spreads etc and a different savoury pastry dish, very tasty and filling. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to town, great location. Deniz was kind and helpful. Gaia (the dog) was a wonderful addition!
