  : Very small bathroom, a few weeds growing around the pool ,outside needs some TLC but acceptable considering price paid

  : It was very clean and the staff were very friendly. We needed to check in early and the staff were so very helpful letting us have one of our rooms early. Very convenient location into town.
  : The rooms are a little tired and the air conditioning in the bedroom wasnt adequate for the outside temperature. The lounge area had no air con only a fan so was extremely hot. Toilet/shower area was so tiny in one of the rooms we had.

  : The hotel looks better in the pictures . But when you get there its a lot different.
  : When we arrived they put us up in the loft. The air conditioner was broken. It was that small I kept banging my head against the roof. So the next morning when we complained. They offered us the room which we originally booked. But we had to pay extra for this. We stayed there for 5 nights. And they only cleaned it once.

  : Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The pool setting and seating was very pleasant and enjoyable.Beds were very comfortable with Aircon in the one bedroom, and the Bathroom was nicely appointed with a good walk-in shower.There is a nice bar which served all the drinks we liked to order. The location was superb and close access to all town amenities, restaurants etc. Would definitely recommend as somewhere to stay.
  : The Apartment kitchenette lacked anything - no cutlery, utensils, plates etc and needed to request these things to be provided. There was no table to sit at in the apartment or balcony. The pool was lovely but it wasn't cleaned everyday and dirt and drowned insects got collected over some days at one end. Note there is no option for breakfast to be provided at this Apart Hotel, and food options limited to delivered pizza or burger.

  : The location is good, within a short walking distance you find supermarkets, the bakery and the center of Dalyan. Bnyamin, the staff is always smiling and very kind. Pool is good for a refreshing swim.
  : Only thing we didn't like was that the toilet and shower were not looking very hygenic, there was quite some black mold in the shower and a dirty smell appeared regularly, also looked like the shower and toilet were not cleaned during our stay.

  : Very nice apartments. Great service from the staff. We arrived at 0020am, they kept the bar open for us for a couple of hours and also arranged for takeaway food to be delivered to tide us over until the morning. Couldn't ask for better service.
  : Probably could have been a bit more crockery in the kitchenette.

  : Kitchen area but couldn't cook anything and no plates, etc, in cupboards , so just fridge and kettle really.
