  : Friendly staff, comfortable room.
  : The hotel is tired and needs a fair bit of tlc. Its definitely not a boutique hotel. Pool area was cramped when busy - ended up using the neighbouring hotel pool.

  : proximity of hotel is good about 10 minutes walk from town centre
  : they have increased their prices buy more than double for bar price last year they were on a par with town prices so after our meal we would return to hotel for drinks not this year its not the staffs fault its the owners to blame

  : Pool area is great. Staff are helpful and nice.
  : You have to put out a make my room sign to get new towels and room cleaned. It's only good if you are told the procedure. The advertised balconies in some rooms are juliet balconies which don't allow seating.

  : A bit noisy from the traffic but once door was closed the traffic noise wasn't a problem.

  : Close to Dalyan shops. Staff were pleasant.
  : Pool grates were dirty with algae. Sun loungers and stands were old, need replacing. Had to go looking for staff if wanted food or drinks. Definately would have been inclinded to eat and drink more if someone was at the snack bar. Sewage smells from shower drain. Had to ask for room to be cleaned. Strimmers were been used in the morning time to cut the side grass for the wedding. No regard for people relaxing by the pool etc. Would have been better if it was done late evening. We came back after a walk intending to relax by the the pool on our last day to find most of the sun loungers had been put away and the rest squished to one side as they were setting up wedding area. Would have been better if staff made us aware in advance.

  : The hotel is located just 5 minutes walk from the city centre. On the other hand it's quite and it's easy to park just next to it (as there's no parking you can park a car just behind the wall). I didn't have time, but the swimming pool looks really nice. Also, the breakfast was just amazing and I appreciate that bigger room was offered to us as at that time it was free.
  : There are some details to improve like fix some stuff (e.g. electrics plugs), but nothing else.
