  : Let's see when we entered the room there was a musty smell the floor and beds were damp called front desk said the dehumidifier must not of been on long enough and said that they could put it back in there the next day but we traveled with 3 dogs so there was no way anyone could off came in there and put it back on the pool was dirty I got in and got out used the washer and dryer the washer was good the dryer made a loud noise when drying didn't dry my clothes the first time went to the desk and he did put it on again for me had looked like a employee sleeping in there car at night we were there for 4 nights and when we walked the dogs he was always sleeping in the car so unsafe for my daughter to go out aloñe and she's 17 the poop bags was empty the whole time I was there so wasn't a very good experience I asked the lady at the front desk if there any fireworks on the fourth and she said she didn't know I would figure the front desk would know that kind of stuff for traveling people this is the second time staying there and the first time wasnt a bad experience

  : How close it was to the highway. There was also many options for food, including grocery stores.
  : The beds were super uncomfortable. I did like that the AC worked all night, so it wasn't hot in the room. The curtains were not attached to the window, however we were already on our 2nd room since arriving. The first room had a bowling ball size pocket of fluid in the bathroom that was leaking. They were great about getting us into a new room. The breakfast was subpar but what I was expecting for typical hotel fare.

  : Well thanks to George at your front desk he helped us a lot we got there pretty late and I had booked the wrong date so he helped me because the booking was through a third party so we had to call them and get them to change the date for her visit and he found us a room traveling with grandkids they were tired and George helped us make the transition a lot easier and I thank him immensely he needs to get recognized for his helpfulness with the tired family there was looking for a place to sleep
  : We were traveling from Texas seeing several states in the area and this was one of our top places because the health one is from your staff thanks to George and I have to say you stayed at several Comfort Inns and some of the cleanliness of some of the other hotels I would give them a poor rating we were so afraid to even touch the floor my grandkids didn't even want to take a shower in one of the locations and we totally didn't stay at the Comfort Inn in Baltimore because the scary situation on the streets and it just looked not safe for a family so thank you for making us feel safe while we were traveling

  : The cleaning in the property and room it was bad look like the housekeping do terrible job they dont'n change blanket, bathrom not cleaning right, carpet not vacum corners under the desk ,bat smell like a derthy foot.

  : The breakfast was good. The staff was very nice. The hotel was clean. I liked that there was a restaurant attached to the lobby.
  : The setup of the breakfast can be better situated. The setup doesnt flow easily. The plates were situated in the corner, above the muffins. People waiting for their toast or selecting muffins made it impossible to actually obtain a plate. There was no shower soap in the dispenser upon arrival. The shampoo/conditioner/soap dispenser was not actually installed on the wall, just set on the counter. Toilet rocked when sat on. The elevator broke down but luckily was working the next day.
