  : As a family of four (two adults and two small children), the room layout was good - with a partition wall separating the sleeping areas.The staff were mostly very friendly, particularly those in the breakfast room.Lots of things to do with kids on site - water park, arcade etc.
  : There were quite a few frustrations.1) There was no lift access to our so-called "family" room, so check in and check out was difficult with luggage and two small kids. There wasn't a bell service either.2) The drop off zone was single lane. So you couldn't easily drive up to the front door and drop bags or people without holding up other cars.3) One member of the front of house staff was particularly unhelpful. For example, we arrived an hour before the designated check in time, hoping that our room might be ready but failing which we would use the poo until it was. We were told that our room was not ready yet and that we could not use the pool until we were checked in. No reason for this was given. After complaining, we were evemtually offered a different room that was ready. We were told by the same member of staff that hotel residents do not receive a discounted rate at the water park. Upon arriving at the water park, we found this to be incorrect and that hotel residents get 20% off day passes.4) We went down to the pool first thing one morning and there were no towels available. We were told this was because they get them from the water park, which didn't open until 9.30. Rather frustrating.5) The hotel generally was quite dated and in need of refurbishment. It felt very expensive for what it was.

  : Rooms were very well insulated from outside noises.
  : The only water fountains were far away and in the gym and pool area. After 9pm, those areas are locked. They don’t have water any where else in the hotel.

  : The waterpark were closed for the 3 days we were there. I wish I knew the information before booking. Under staff at the hotel. You need to call many times before getting answered. For the price we paid, I was expecting for something a bit better. We didn't have room service, I had to ask for towels, coffee etc. If you get a nice price, then it's totally worth going there.
