  : Great location and generally good facilities with nice bedlinen and pretty good cleanliness
  : The front windows of the property were mouldy and the frames grubby. Crucually, there was no corkscrew, but the neighbours helped with that. There were also no black bags to put the bedlinen into, as requested, so we complied as far as possible. The gas boiler cut out too so no hot water until we reset it (which shouldn't really be necessary).

  : great central location. decent size rooms. two bathrooms. rear patio. clean. had everything we needed. quiet. well cared for property. Sykes cottages attended to leaking boiler quickly. would stay again.
  : cleaners hadnt cleaned patio furniture at all. months of algae, bird droppings and dust etc. I had to clean it. patio just neglected by cleaners. needs sweeping of leaves etc and tlc generally. the bed (pair of singles) in master bedroom had very poor quality mattresses where springs can be felt. we are average sized adults. an upgrade would suit the quality of the property. pillows were rubbish also. given the amount of time spent in bed this is really quite important. I know everyone doesnt like same bed or pillows but nobody likes a poor quality mattress/springs. better curtains for keeping light out of bedrooms also be a bonus but this is a small thing. would stay again regardless but would warn friends of these minor issues before recommending to them.

  : Lovely light, comfortable apartment with well equipped kitchen. Great location with view of river (and higher ferry) from bedrooms, and just a short walk into the centre of Dartmouth. The boat trips to Dittisham, and ferry across to Greenway were great fun.

  : The house is situated in a perfect location. It does not come with a parking place but we managed to park our car at Sainsburys (Horizon Parking). There is a park and ride just opposite from Sainsburys but only available via Ringo app (for UK phones only). We enjoyed our stay in Dartmouth very much the house was spacious and comfortable with lovely views just over the road is a field and playground for kids. Plenty of restaurants nearby is also M&S Foodhall. We enjoyed the walks, crab fishing and shops. We would come back again.
  : Bit of a hick up with the car park but the team from Coast & Country Cottages is in walking distance and was helpful. If however you are not a UK resident remember that you cant use the Ringo App.
