  : Very cozy feel.
  : Beds were fairly stiff so mattresses could be slightly more comfy Found a half full beer can by the window behind a curtain.

  : Pluse points: Lovely little touches added like tea, coffee, milk sachets and little packets of biscuits. Well equipped kitchen and a cleaning pack. Lovely clean bed linen and towels Lots of clear instructions and fairly comfortable beds. Good communication via email instructions as to entry and exit days. Great location.
  : Minus points: Sofas had seen better days. Rug had stains. Shower didn't seem to work so luckily had bath. It's a great little place but needs updating as another property I found although slighty more expensive was so much more modern and in same road. Needs a little tlc then would be a 10.

  : The allocated parking space was not easy to access because of a steel post between it and the next space. A shower mat in the bath would have been helpful.
