  : No toilet paper or toiletries supplied. Heating not working in winter. Attempts made to fix problem but kept breaking down. Offer of good will made by management to pay for meal as compensation but never honoured.

  : Location perfect as were the apartment facilities.
  : The fact that so many dogs were allowed in the apartment next door. (Beneath us in the corner)They were urinating outside ; the occupants were smoking a lit of the time in the communal outside area & coming in through our bedroom window which as non- smokers was very unpleasant

  : Lovely apartment, well equipped and comfortable. Pretty location.
  : Very low sofa and an instruction manual for appliances especially hob with magnetic knob we didn't know about, would have been useful!

  : The location was perfect! Lovely and quiet with a view to the sea. Plenty of room inside. 2 bathrooms and another wash-basin and toilet.
  : There could have been a clothes-rail or perhaps hooks on every door on which to hang clothes/coats/etc.

  : brilliant location on a lovely beach with good views. Property was clean and well equipped.
  : couple of DIY snags like toilet roll handles hanging off and cluttered utility area. could have done with some more fresh towels provided and some more cleaning products available.

  : The property is in a good location close to the beach and accessible to a lot of other places in Devon.
  : It definitely didnt live up to expectations vs the photos and was a lot more tired than and less luxurious than the pictures suggest. The worst part though was that the property wasnt particularly clean. The windows were so filthy you could barely see out of them and there were dead spiders and cobwebs all over the ceiling in the living room and coffee splatters left all over the kitchen. We expect a better standard, given what we paid.

  : It needed cleaning. Carpets not vacuumed and showers covered in mould. Upstairs bathroom smelled on arrival. Mattress protectors stained. Crockery was supposed to be in dishwasher having been cleaned ready for our use. It was not -it had fingerprints on glasses. Door lock on toilet downstairs faulty. No wardrobes in two of the bedrooms.
