  : The condo was in a good location. Furniture was nice and beds were very comfortable.
  : The condo was not clean. The carpets had not been cleaned at all. There were sunflower seed shells all over the carpet and in couch cup holders. The refrigerator had not been wiped out. Scuffs were all over the walls. A magic eraser would clean that up quickly. The ac was on 76 when we got there. The hot water heater went out during our stay. Also there was a leak in the roof near the dining table. It leaked on us.
