  : No microwave in room, no heat, it looked like it had just been built or not fixed on, cracked concrete or chipped concrete along the wall by hotel, the bed I had looked like it was not taken care of, the edges of my mother bed was not fixed, walls dirty.

  : It was a great hotel. Clean and the staff were very patient. Key cards didn't work our stay and if you left you needed to have an employee let you in. At 11:30 pm after a concert the poor guy at the front desk had to let a dozen of us in our rooms.

  : No A/c in the winter months even though my stay was March 16th and we have had 80 degree weather already. Room was 85 degrees and had no way to cool it down. Couldn't even sleep. Worst experience in a hotel ever and I travel all the time for work.

  : The Police came when I was robbed. The Location was in a bad area. I was jumped Saturday night walking back from the Wedding at the Black Hawk Hotel. It looks nice enough and people were out, and the police came, but still, you should have warnings. It was so close you would not call an uber but two punks ran up behind my husband and me and grabbed my purse.Being from Chicago, we ran after them. They got into a car and drove off.This was in Davenport Iowa at midnight. The policeman who took the report was Officer Marks. They did notify the hotel and we had new hotel cards for our room. We did tell them where the phone was thru tracking.They got my phone, cash, $37.00, I.D., and the purse that was beaded and was my grandma's that my mom gave me.The next day, we found the phone on our own thru a tracking device my daughter has on my phone.
  : I changed my reservation online to go from four rooms on Friday to Three rooms on Friday and I cancelled a single room I reserved on Saturday, it didn't look right so I called the .com phone number and this woman kept telling me it was correct. Three for Friday and four for Saturday. Well, when I called to confirm last week with the hotel the said no, I had four rooms on Friday, and oh, take it up with booking.com. So, I am out $157.00, a purse, $37.00 lipstick, and my ID

  : Location is great.
  : Our first room water was leaking out of the a/c so they moved us. 2nd room a/c was set on 68 and was probably 74 in the room and the humidity was awful. The bathroom was not the cleanest.
