  : The manager of the property woke me up by banging on the door saying house keeping I said I was asleep he was saying I was flooding the downstairs, I was half naked when he knocked on the door he wanted me to let him in right then and there. I was the only person in the room. He said that I needed to figure out where the water was coming from. There was no house keeping in the two days I was there. He woke me up at 9am when I just got off at 4am check out is at 11am, and he kicked me out. He degraded me and said that I was going to get electrocuted by water on the floor. He told me that I was going to have to pay for the damages and was yelling at me about how I had damaged the property and I was not welcomed back. I had found that the leak was coming from behind the toilet from the tank, there was no seal between the toilet and the bolt and that was what was leaking I took pictures of the toilet. When I went to check out, because he told me I needed to leave so he can fix it. When I was checking out I told him that I found out where the leak was coming from and that I had just got off at 4am and had just went to the bathroom and went back to sleep. He was trying to undermine the issues of him yelling at me while in front of other costumers and saying hes trying to prevent me from getting electrocuted from water on the floor there is no outlet in the bathroom the sink was in the room itself instead of the bathroom. I gave him the keys and left

  : The owner helped me get unstuck out the snow.
  : First off the toilet had hair on it and the heat on Saturday night start blowing out cold air, and the TV we had to use a firestick. The breakfast was oatmeal that look like it was there for days and my coffee cake look like someone had bit the corner off.

  : They charged me $10 more than what I had booked on booking.com. The guy at the desk said "the websites don't know what they are talking about." So what's the point of using booking if they are going to charge extra tax. Not that big of a problem but the website needs to be correct or they need to honor the discounts from the website.
