  : We liked the house very much! Its bigger than we expected and very cozy.
  : Our TV's didn't have any cable connection which we complained about as the first thing after we arrived. ACO though didn't manage to do anything about it. They are impossible to get in touch with on the phone it was only possible to communicate via email.

  : To be honest. Going into this review I would have left a great one. The condo was super nice and we were very pleased.
  : But after receiving a $32 charge on my card this morning. I will not be given a great review. Friendly reminder if you plan to stay don’t forget wash clothes. They aren’t provided with your stay. There were ants in the upper level bathroom. We had to buy ant spray ourself. I did send a message regarding the ants. No reply. The light was out in the upper bathroom. I also sent message regarding that. No reply. Thankfully we were able to use the pool which we had already entered when a little stopped us and said she needed to double check to make sure the home owner had signed the Covid form to use pool or else you won’t be able to use the pool but only used one day couldn’t even use kiddie pool due to poop in several places. I will add the pictures as to why I was charged $32. What stains you can see were on there before our stay. With this being said. I do not recommend.

  : It would have been nice if the house did not have ants in almost every room. The lay out and the set-up was nice
  : There was ants in the Frozen room. I called the number asking for the issue to be resolved and it was not. I asked for the owner and Booking to call me no response. The company asked for me to send pictures after sending the pictures they advised there was only one ant. I then sent more picture. They told me someone would come out and get the ants under control. I asked to be moved to another location. No response. I took my family out of the house for over 8 hours. This property left a notes stating the pest control issues was addressed, but no one ever went in the house from what the agent told the booking.com rep. This felt like a scam due to not getting any results on from either party. I also sent pictures of my child who was bitten by the ants and still waiting for a response.
