  : On arrival i had a lovely tour by owner. He showed me every details of the apartment and great advice for local area. Unfortunately my market at top of the warren wasn't happening yet as out of season. But he knew whats happening in the area so very helpful. A bright and airy apartment. Not too much furniture or personal items around (great as a special needs family with a 4 year old who touchs everything). A very safe environment for a.special needs child and nothing to upset his sensory issues. Most of apartment is beautifully clean, only issue was the cutlery. Towels and non slip shower mat was provided with tea towels, fairy etc. Lovely touch thank you. Xx Sofa and chairs very comfortable and lovely family table. Lots of room for a child to play. We loved the outside area perfect for our date night and keeping an eye on little man and grounds of the apartment. Lovely maintenance and quiet. This apartment had a great location and enough parking for two cars. Next door very friendly ladies. Master bed had a lovely lot of storage for two adults. We have the same drawers lol. All bedding in both rooms clean fresh and no strains. Master rooms can be adapted for a pop up cot, we checked as hoping to come back next year with our new born. Entrance to the court is next to the bakery and shop (cash machine with charge). Chip shop over the road and 10 minute walk to the beach and arcade. Best places to eat are the pub by the beach and mount pleasant on the hill. As apartment opposite welcome caravan site. You can use their club in the evening if your happy to pay and they have enough room. Beautiful apartment we hopely be back next year. This is really a hidden gem of a apartment. Ive been visiting dawlish warren since I was a baby and never knew this was here. Shared with all the family. Thank you for letting us hire. See you soon love the vicarages and baby bump.
  : Nothing which will stop us coming back here but just ideas for future visitors or owners. Its an odd apartment only two ceiling lights in the apartment was the kitchen and bathroom. The rest of the rooms needed lamps, no spare bulbs. Not an issue but just odd to us. Only two heaters in the apartment, once both on for a few hours, its warm enough but its felt like forever. DON'T close the glass door inbetween hallway of bedrooms and kitchen as the heat sets off the fire alarm, we discovered this at 1.30am our first night. Hard to get little man to settle again. Our fault completely, it did have a door stopper under this door but we moved to the other glass door (living room) to stop little man from playing with the door. We could of done with another one. But thus is not expected by the owner. The bathroom is beautifully decorated with floor to ceiling tiles but very slippery after a shower as no extractor fan available and unable to reach window as very high. I was advice bringing your own none slip mat in here. Not sure if there was a leak but floor felt wet all week. The heater does not work but once shower on its very warm. Mattresses in both rooms have topper on them which makes them beautiful and soft but the mattress underneath gives no support and feels very low went in the bed. Master bedroom curtains don't stay completely close, I had to use hair clips to hold them together. Other bedroom needs better curtains as let's in a lot of light and has mould on it. Plus has only a small area to hang up a few clothes items no drawers expect the bedside table. OK for a small child but not much more. Grandad kept his clothes in his bag. No signal or 4g available. Tv can lost signal on and off. No issue for us but so your aware. Great for no technology evening.

  : Comfortable beds. Good location
  : There were constant poisonous fumes. We couldnt locate the source - paint or varnish. The shower only worked intermittently.The fumes were the most concerning. I have bad asthma and felt Ill. My two little dogs also suffered. We felt stuck because this was the holiday period and we couldnt get hold of anyone.This issue needs investigation urgently because the fumes are noxious.

  : The beds were very comfortable and property was close to good amenities
  : The carpets were not very clean, often leaving dog hair on our socks and clothes. There were no extraction systems so left the property rather damp with condensation forming pools on the floor until we opened all windows and heated the place consistently.

  : Very welcoming host. Ground floor so no stairs. Onsite parking. Lovely little village. Pub, supermarket and takeaway's all within walking distance.
  : Poor mobile signal and no wifi. Everything shut at 9.00 but that was probably because I was out of season. Otherwise great. Will book again when in Devon.
