  : The location is wonderful. We were able to see views of the ocean and the Halifax river. After giving the place a good clean of my own ( who wants to have to do that on vacation) the place was great. The actual owner ( Kris ) is very accommodating and genuinely cares about your problems. If you are a couple or a group of Adults this place is great, just make sure to not have too much fun or you may be yelled at by the staff..
  : Upon arrival the condo was disgusting. All trash cans were full of food and beer cans. The inside of the trash can were dirty also. No sheets on the guest room bed and the main bed was dirty with sand and hair. It looked as of someone started to clean but never finished. The maintenance director is constantly on a power trip also. I would not recommend staying here if you have children, families seem to be frowned upon.
