: The security guys were alot of help.
: I sure hate we stayed there. The first and last time to Daytona in 20 years It was a joke. We arrived at 2 and didn't get in room till 5 since booking gave us the wrong code to use. Called booking and still didnt get code the first time. With the help of the Hotel Security person we finally got ahold of someone from booking that spoke English and she gave us the code. We wasnt in walking distance to anything. The money I paid for that place to stay was so not worth it. The TV was a joke couldn't even turn the channels.We didnt even get to go to the pool at all it was so crowded. The pics that you see online for this place is not what it is. We left 2 days early and went to St Augustine and it was great wish I had booked my whole trip in St Augustine. The place we stayed there was nice and affordable. You live and learn for sure.

: location. we have stayed here before on ground level . your home was cleaner.
: the sheets, pillows and towels all washed with sent beads that Im terribly allergic to. so the first night I had to sleep on the couch in my clothes - then I had to go buy bleach and detergent and tried re-washing then that didnt remove the strong smell - so night 2 again on the couch. day 3 I had to go buy new bedding and towels to use. also only 1 garbage bag, basically not enough of anything for our stay. no foil, baggies, utensils. also no parking pass was left. very concerning due to the amount of towing they do.

: Location was very good. Balcony has a nice partial view towards the ocean.
: Cleanliness. No basic toiletries provided. All the towels had spots on them. After we contacted the property management they brought supplies and a bunch of extra bath towels. They still had spots on them, so we just had to pick and choose. I also found hair in the bed sheets. Chairs on the balcony were dirty (you could tell they hadn't been cleaned in a while).

: I do never seen
: l use love go to vacations b at my house l have to cleaning every day ..so when l go to hotel l do spet someone cleaning my room l go out and when return my room it's cleaning and freshen up but this time l have to use 4 night same shees same towels l ,m really disappointed l will never go back there
