  : The room was advertised as ocean front but it is not. The room has only 2 windows facing the hallway. The room had no working curtains and the washer didn't work and no water pressure for kitchen sink.

  : Location of the facility is great. The amenities were amazing. Our problem was our room conditions. We paid a lot and I feel we got suckered.
  : When we got there our key lock was broke had to wait for someone to fix it. The one double bed was broke so Curt had to sleep on the pull out couch which sunk to the middle and so uncomfortable. They had to have someone come in and fix the bed several times. There was no batteries in the fire alarm. Most of the outlets did not work. The lightbulb was burned out in the bedroom. Hair dryer on wall broke, the ceiling fan was gross not cleaned. The door to the outside was so hard to open.

  : The facility was very clean and nice. The staff was great! The location was perfect. We felt very safe and taken care of. The pool, slide, and lazy river were lots of fun.
  : One of the beds in our room had a broken support board, so it was not very sturdy and we didn't fee like weight wise that 2 people could sleep on it. The pull out couch mattress was horrible. I laid 7 beach towels on it to try to make it comfortable enough to sleep on. There were definitely not enough chairs at the pool area. Guests had to wait in line for 1/2 hour starting at 7:30am to try to get a chair for the day.

  : I like that the room was clean and it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Thank you.
  : That the breslate did not have a key to open gates. Not very convenient to always have to look for the key out of your save place to not loose it. Fitness room not open, kids room not open alot of areas not open would be nice if open for certain hours and then close to Disinfect for certain hours for gest to enjoy.

  : The floors were extremely nasty. The shower curtain had fungus on it as well as stains. The sliding door doesn't lock. Ceiling fan is covered in dust.
