The opening hours of the reception are as follows:
- From Sunday to Thursday included: from 8:00 am to 8:30 pm
- Saturdays, Sundays, the day before public holidays and school vacations: 24 hours a day.

If you plan to arrive outside the reception opening hours, please contact the establishment in advance to obtain the access codes. The contact information is provided on your reservation confirmation.

The spa's opening hours are as follows:
- Sunday to Thursday: 8:30am to 8:30pm,
- Friday and Saturday: 8:30am to 9:30pm.
Please note that children accompanied by an adult may access the spa from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Please contact the property if you would like to book a massage treatment.

Children accompanied by an adult are admitted to the wellness center from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The change of linen is provided for stays of 4 nights and more.

Decree No. 2021-955 of July 19, 2021 confirms that from August 1, 2021, Establishments Receiving Public (ERP) will be subject to the health pass. La Closerie and its ancillary establishments: La Villa Odette and La Villa 81 are concerned by this decree.

We would like to point out that the Health Pass is:

proof of a complete vaccination schedule, either:
• 1 week after the 2nd injection for double injection vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca);
• 4 weeks after injection for vaccines with a single injection (Johnson & Johnson from Janssen);
• 2 weeks after the injection for vaccines in people with a history of Covid (1 single injection).
THAT IS :
• A PCR (under 48h) or antigen test lasting less than 48h, carried out in a laboratory, pharmacy, test center, etc. (self-tests are not authorized)
THAT IS :
• The result of a positive RT-PCR or antigen test attesting to recovery from Covid-19, dating more than 11 days and less than 6 months.

All PCR and antigenic tests generate proof as soon as the result is entered by the healthcare professional in the SI-DEP database, you can retrieve it on SI-DEP

To control your Health Pass we will use the application intended for professionals: All AntiCovid Verif. We will scan our customers' QR code with this application (customer's QR code accepted in digital or paper version).
Once scanned one of the two results will be displayed: Valid or not Valid.

Also, we regret to inform you that we will have to refuse you access to our establishments if you do not present a valid health pass (for all adults present during your stay).
Of course, if you have booked and do not have a valid health pass, we can cancel your reservation free of charge and postpone the deposit paid.

For your information, the fines can go up to 45,000 euros for companies that do not carry out the requested checks of the health pass.
