  : I liked the suite. It was very nice! Everything seemed very clean, and I like how they provide shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in case you forget your own even though our conditioner was empty. Nice swimming pool and gym!
  : Beds were hard! It was ridiculous how we had to pay $2.00 to wash and $2.00 to dry clothes after we already paid $140 to stay there. And then I forgot dryer sheets, so the lady at the front desk charged me $3.00 for 2 little dryer sheets. More than it was to wash a load of clothes. And the breakfast wasn't much. Not even a waffle maker. Most hotels at least have that. There was sausage, eggs, and bagels.

  : Large room. Breakfast was ok but not great. They have laundry, which is one reason I booked, but no change available and only one dryer and one washer for the huge hotel. I couldn't do the laundry until a day after I arrived because it was occupied for 4 hours straight. I finally gave up. We were there 3 nights. I asked for clean towels, trash taken out and beds to be made up after our first night and was told we don't do that.because the policy was tgat I was only allowed a refresh after my second night???? The front desk clerk acted like I should know this. However, I was able to take my trash out myself, make my own bed, and bring all my dirty towels to the front desk, and they would give me more. I find this unacceptable. You are in the service industry, and I was under the assumption that I was paying for a room and service. It's very frustrating. I also saw housekeeping staff sitting in the area where the luggage carts are on their phones and in the lobby at the small tables, I assume on break. After the morning shift in the early evening, late afternoon. If you have staff at those hours, why could you not honor my request. In addition, I got service one day for 3 nights. Come on??? The day I was scheduled for service, a housekeeper came to my room at 8 am. We were still there. I was unable to ask her to come back later or ask for our beds to be made due to the language barrier. However, she was very nice and gave us clean towels. Is that what a refresh is? Disappointed, this marriot property did not live up to my brand expectations. I forgot to mention the pool needs attention. Smelled weird strange color. Cabinets in bathroom chipped and peeling.

  : The facilities were nice, overall. The room was large. It was nice to have snacks available on the property and the staff were all super nice.
  : There was a lingering smell in my room, unmistakably BO. I thought that maybe the room was just stuffy so I turned the air on and left for the afternoon. When I came back for bed that night there was still a very strong BO smell.

  : Nice rooms, everything was clean and comfortable. Also, walking distance to a few restaurants.
  : The hold on the card at check-in is over $100. We had multiple rooms so it's a little annoying to have $110 held for EACH room. Not sure how long it takes to fall off but it's been a few days and still holding.

  : The breakfast the first morning was delicious. Since we were there for a funeral, it was nice to have a place were the whole family could visit. We were able to utilize an area in the lobby.
