  : The beach is very private & peaceful. We've stayed here multiple times in the oceanfront rooms & it's always peaceful which we really love. The garlands is also very close to multiple restaurants & mini golf (less than a 5 min drive).
  : 3 months ago I booked one of the two bedroom ocean front rooms, the DAY BEFORE OUR TRIP I recieved a message saying there was a booking error & we had to be downgraded to an interior room. I was very disappointed as we only go to the cape once a year & purposefully book oceanfront rooms for that reason. Had they not waited until the day before our trip to cancel our room I may have been able to book another oceanfront room somewhere else on the cape but due to it being last minute we had no choice. Additionally, we were not given a true discount on the new room as they had stated in their message as an "I'm sorry we messed up your reservation". They simply just charged us for the new room which was slightly cheaper than our original oceanfront room. Overall we did enjoy our trip as the cape is a great place to be, but the day before change to our booking was unprofessional at best. Also, our interior room had ZERO outlets in the bedrooms, not a huge deal but wildly inconvenient.

  : More sound-proofing needed. We were on the 1st floor. Unit upstairs-could hear them walking around a lot.
