  : High ceilings in lobby.
  : It's a very, very old hotel. The night we arrived, the shower wasn't working (couldn't switch off tub water so as you shower, tub fills up). I called front desk, after a long time on hold, I hung up and called guest services. No answer. I called front desk again and got a different person who was awesome, professional and kind (Luke). He had plumbers there in 25 minutes approximately, but it was too late to shower again. Whole point of a hotel is to get clean, not feel grossed out and be comfortable. Popcorn ceilings need to go! Rooms are so ancient, as will many Hyatts. Your reception area is weird. Might be trying to seem modern but it really looks like a hospital market check out line. The wifi was out. They offered me to cancel. I was with my 9 year old without a car. Where was I seriously going to go? Wifi was for my kid. My child's bed was totally uncomfortable. My bed was OK. Looked clean overall but when it's this old, nothing feels clean. So I didn't get to shower the night of arrival, which misses the point of a hotel and my kid showered quick but felt gross because the water filled in tub as she showered.

  : The location was the only decent thing about this place.
  : They charged for parking daily. It smells like cigarettes in the room. Charged more than what was promised. No complimentary food service. Basic room for price paid. Staff was not on top of things. I found it to be unsanitary.

  : I liked the aesthetic of the hotel. For example, the entrance was pleasant and there was a nice and chill vibe. Nothing crazy was going on and I was able to relax. Additionally, housekeeping staff were very nice and on top of everything.
  : Staff did not give enough information: Breakfast details (time, location, and vouchers). We missed one day of complimentary breakfast because of this. Overall, the staff did not seem interested in informing us about our stay even after we had asked. Additionally, the toilet was very weird and seemed dated. I had to frequently flush more than once because it did not flush correctly. I preferred to go to the public restrooms downstairs because of this. On top of that, I went into the shop to buy some snacks, mainly ice cream. The ice cream was old and appeared to have been in the freezer for months.

  : The Physical Fitness Area and Pool was next to each other and I though that was very nice.
  : There was no Microwave in the room the first two days, but the desk manager did have one brought to our room the last day.

  : They charge $20 per night for parking and the lot doesn’t have enough parking close to the building. When there are events they don’t care about if their guests have parking since all the spots are open to anyone. So events make it difficult for guests to find a parking spot closer to the hotel.
  : Not enough parking closer to the hotel. Cracks in the ceiling in the bathroom and the bathroom had no fan.
