  : Location was ideal to restaurants and Philadelphia downtown only 19 minutes!
  : My room was missing towels/No HandSoap Dispenser was missing/ no tissue box or toilet paper rolls. Requested items to the front desk only provided me 2 towels/tissue boxes: 1 toilet paper roll and 1 small face soap. I advised they would send up the rest and never showed up with items. Very surprised Hilton is an attention to detail hotel. Housekeeping didn't find my sons items left behind. Very suspicious behaviors from housekeeping employees during our stay.

  : The breakfast okay.
  : There was one person checking people in. I waited 20 minutes and only one person was ahead of me. When the front desk person asked for assistance, the young lady that came out was rude and made it clear she did not want to answer phones or be of any assistance. There was a section of carpet missing in the room at the door way to the bathroom, with exposed tacs. I stepped on it coming out of the shower and the tacs stuck my into my foot.
