  : shame there wasnt enough sofa space for 6 people and the pillows could do with an upgrade.

  : Well furnished property in lovely location. Coped well with a group aged 2 to 68 and had sufficient plates etc to allow us to offer a buffet lunch to visitors with young children
  : Virtually impossible to contact our hosts in advance to ask basic questions eg where is the nearest supermarket. Dont know why because when we arrived the guest information folder was excellent. Lots of steps making it difficult for people with mobility problems. A handrail on the wall beside the steps up to the garden would be helpful

  : Very spacious cottage with all the mod cons. Good access and parking. Lovely, private garden. Very close to the lovely Calke Abbey.
  : Settee is terribly uncomfortable. Entrance door is dangerously low; a headbanger.
