: Since our room wasn't ready when we checked in (despite it being 2 hours past check in time) we were given a larger room for the night. Morning staff was slightly more friendly than when we checked in.
: The woman at the desk when we checked in was extremely agressive and rude and barely spoke English. Our room was not ready although it was 5 o'clock and check in was at 3. The room was in poor condition. Smashed lampshade, holes in the wall, etc.

: Terrible!! I want a REFUND!!!
: The place stunk of cigarette and wet dogs!! We did not stay and asked for our money to be refunded after checking in to our room. The room was dirty and had a bad odor. The bathroom was not clean, had hair and dirt all over the floor.
