: Well situated for our event. Also very close to downtown yet removed enough for comfort. Management was very and quickly responsive to an inquiry/concern.
: Small oversights in room as it smelled of cigarette smoke despite a strict policy. As non-smokers and mature adults the rules and regulations seemed a bit heavy-handed.

: the apartment itself was very nice, great view, comfortable beds, high quality.
: Gravel parking lot frequented by people asking for money; it was loud, from the fire station to the train tracks to the people outside Social Services yelling all hours of the night.

: It is a great location if you’re going to a show at the Hoyt Sherman and it’s clean.
: A parking pass was to be provided upon arrival, however there was no pass in the suite where it was supposed to be located. I tried to contact customer support twice by text & never heard back from them at all. Fortunately my car was not towed, but I worried about it all night. Also, the key lockbox system is confusing. it was located in a cabinet with like 10 other lockboxes.

: The process to get your key upon arrival is nuts; you need the key to get into the second door entrance and the key is locked up inside.

: McKensie was very helpful with questions I had. Kitchen was fully furnished and had coffee available. Bathroom had everything needed, including some toiletries. Very clean
: Bed not very comfy. Also, someone with very heavy feet walking around in the unit above us. Otherwise, the apartment was quite accommodating.
