  : I liked the location of the hotel with amazing view of del la Garda.
  : Rooms are too hot with no A/C working. Staff of the hotel were extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. The owner of the hotel offered us 5% off the price, and the next morning his receptionist said we had to pay the full amount for that same room .the description on Booking .com said each room has an A/C , but after we asked about the A/C -there was mixed answers from staff. attitudes towards us was incredibly rude, and it was unpleasant to be around the personal. No one has offered us even a small fan on our first night. All the facilities outside were closed. No Restaurant working and the whole patio was a mess! We were unaware of it prior check-in! Extra charge of 8 euros was added to our bill for having coffee in our room at 8am, even though Breakfast was supposed to be included!!!Their breakfast area has nice views of the lake, but it simply too hot to sit there and enjoy your breakfast! There is no circulating air inside the dining area at all. I was visiting with my eight months old son, who was turning red and being uncomfortable for the whole stay.
