  : The home is great for our small dogs. The entire property is fenced and my dogs loved chasing the lizards all day until we forced them to come in. We especially liked the additional beach equipment for use and the entire property is lit up so beautifully in the night actually the best landscape lighting in the entire neighborhood. The washer and dryer appear brand new and work very well. The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils and a nice Jenaire stove/oven.
  : The master bathroom shower curtain allows water to escape from the outside and will collect on the floor. By the looks of it it has been going on for some time. Quick fix for us was to drape the curtain inside the tub. Both tubs drain extremely slow may be due to renters washing off sand inside instead of out on the back deck or possibly there is a sewage pump that needs to be turned on. Im not sure. Lastly, the second bathroom toilet is not bolted down and can become a hazard. It still works but should be looked at.
