  : It was cockroach infested and dirty. The property was also worn out. The seats you couldn’t even sit in without sinking to the floor. The refrigerator in the kitchen had tongs in it to keep from opening it up because it was broken. The refrigerator in the dining area had cockroaches crawling behind it and up the wall. Cockroaches were in every room of the property including the cabinets, drawers and shelves of the kitchen area. Drawer in the bathroom was broken and even fell out on my leg in the short time we were there. Multiple management could not find appropriate resolution or another unit for us to stay in even with the parking lot less than half full. Even after having this booked in July spent part of a night up until early morning finding and moving to another location. Really sad to think people feel this is an acceptable place to stay for anyone. Sad. Also, zero compensation for our trouble and was told that Palametto bugs were all over Florida. PS Could only load a couple pics on your website but there were plenty more with the cockroaches.

  : Location and view were excellent! Quiet building and friendly staff.
  : Our bed kept falling off the rail. It was easy to fix each time but a hassle. Needs new bed rails for sure. There was also a crack all the way through the main area of the condo, which made me nervous.

  : The couch was very uncomfortable and impossible to sleep on the pull out bed. There were roaches. One of the twin beds was also uncomfortable.

  : Location and view!! Easy access to beach. Beautiful view of Gulf.
  : Needed to have most sand cleaned up in condo, lots left in room when we got there. No Info on extra towels and how to leave the facility. Condo was outdated, could use some upgrades.

  : Location, apartment was fully stocked with necessary appliances, security, bed and living room furniture was comfortable.
  : Apartment needs widespread updating. Fridge had rust and was noisy, kitchen cabinets had flimsy doors, furniture looks old/dated, rug in living room needs to be replaced, top of fridge was filthy, plugs in mbr bathroom did not work.

  : The property being on the beach was incredible. Made it super easy to come back and forth at whatever time we wanted. The view off the balcony was very peaceful and beautiful. The condo was very spacious and the kitchen was stocked with cups, plates, pots and pans.
  : The condo was not super clean. The floors had a sticky coating on them and the couches also felt sticky and damp. The towels had some questionable stains on them. The condominiums have beach umbrella rentals and chairs that are too expensive for very little time.
